Mom Emergency Kit Supplies:
You can totally be creative with what you put in your Mom Emergency Kit! For example, new mom’s may need different items than mom’s with older kids. We tried to add items that a mom with any aged child could use, but feel free to customize!

- First Aid Kit (includes bandaids and alcohol swabs)
- Altoids
- Sunscreen
- Wrinkle Releaser

- Kleenex Wipes
- Hand Sanitizer

We used a 7″ jar that we purchased at IKEA to package our Mom Emergency kit. You can also use a large wide mouth Mason Jar! Print out the free printable and tie on the jar with Baker’s Twine. Easy peasy and oh, so useful!
